If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unwanted product, note that these items can only be returned if they are in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers.

Should an item be incorrect, please contact our Online Support Centre on 0813916020 to arrange for the earliest convenient collection date. Once returned to the store, the product will undergo an assessment following which, the correct item will be dispatched. Promotional, free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.

We only deliver within the borders of South Africa, and there may be additional charges for deliveries to outlying areas.

The delivery cost for orders over R500 is free. The delivery cost for orders below R500 is R100. Please note that free delivery is not available for business orders.
